Dear Sir, A pair of School shoes had been procured for DIPANJAN DAS, a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, GUN & SHELL FACTORY, COSSIPORE from Bata store at 140/1, Bidhan Sarani, Near Radha Sarani, Kolkata - 700 004, Code - 00054, Cash memo date 30.06.14/1/0025. Code F[protected]. It is seen that the right pair has been damaged as the sole has come off and it can't be worn. On showing the same to the shop, they have told us to resolve the problem by referring the same to you. Therefore, the matter of replacing the same may please be arranged.
