[Resolved] Bata India — Replacement of Shoe Within 60 days as under your Policy

Please Suggest me what to do or whether I had done biggest mistake by purchase of your product. Your customer support representative are continuously giving me false statement and misguiding me. Please suggest me what to do in clear words or I have to go to consumer court .
I purchased shoe model no.8089526, Rs 2999 from Bata Shoe Store (553/02356) G-10 INORBIT Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 18/12/2014.At the time of Purchase I clearly asked sales boy Deepak Pathak and Owner of Store as Iam not from Mumbai iam here fore few days for some work in case of any problem in shoes where I have to report and what is your SOP or protocol .They clearly told me as sir[protected] is our customer care number and in future within two months if you face any problem just register your complain with number and after that they will send you a mail and with that mail you can go to any authorized Bata Store anywhere in INDIA and can replace your shoe.
I registered complain on 01/01/2015 my complain number is 337401 as my shoe got damaged within four day of Purchase. But it is more than one month after registering complain but till now I didn’t received any positive response from your team. Now they started stating that I have to go to same store from where I purchased the shoe .
Even I also talked to the shopkeeper from where I purchased my shoe he is also admitting that there is no such policy and I can exchange shoe anywhere in India
