[Resolved] Bata India — Selling old shoes

Last week on 1st Dec, 2014, I purchased formal shoes from a bata store in Delhi (franchise). The price was Rs. 1099.95/- He gave me for Rs. 700/- . He said there is no warranty. On reaching home I found shoes old, with old broken sole...How can they dupe people by selling old Bata shoes..Please suggest how to proceed with the complaint...
