[Resolved] Bata India — shoe body cracked in 9 Days only

Dear Bata Team, I purchased bata shoes on 3rd january 2015. And today i noticed that its upper body of the right shoe has got cracked. Its been just 9 Days and i am even wearing it on regular basis. I mean i have another pairs of bata shoes as well. But this time i had lost my trust from bata. I Purchased the shoe pair from Lifestyle mall Gurgaon near MGF in sale season.
