I BOUGHT A PAIR OF BATA SCHOLL LADIES SHOE FROM BATA SHOWROOM(14 A P C ROAD, KOLKATA-700 009) ON 4TH APRIL, 2015.PRICE WAS RS-1999/-.AFTER TWO WEEKS I NOTICED A SERIOUS DEFECT IN MY SHOE.THERE WAS A MAJOR STEACHING PROBLEM.THEN I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM BECAUSE BATA GAVE ME REPLACEMENT WARRENTY FOR TWO MONTHS.BUT THE EMPLOYEE OF THE SHOWROOM SAY THAT PRODUCT ARE NOT IN STOCK.THEY EXCUSED THAT AUDIT IS GOING ON & ALL OPERATIONS ARE CLOSED.AFTER ONE WEEK I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM WITH MY FATHER .THEY GAVE THE SAME EXCUSE & SUGGEST FOR BUYING ANY OTHER ITEM . YESTERDAY I WENT WITH MY FATHER & THEY TOTALLY DENY TO EXCHANGE .THEY SAID THAT THIS PROCCESS IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS MOMENT FOR AUDITING.THEY HARRAS ME & MY FATHER DAY BY DAY.MY FATHER IS A HEART PATIENT.
