I purchased a pair of shoe on 15.02.15. FROM GURGAON SEC-14. .
Article - F[protected]. EAN CODE - PARTS-6012.
One Right side shoe crack from upper side. During the purchasing they told me that there will be no problem for one year. this was verbal communication. and they did not provide ant written slip or warranty card.
on the bill the warranty mentioned is only 60 days. but verbal they told that w are here you can come any time with in a year.
on Sunday i.e. 17.05.15, I went to store and ask for the replacement, but they refused and said the warranty is for 60 days only.
I think this is my mistake that I purchased a reputed company shoe and believed on there words.
Now the store repaired my shoe(free of cost) but I think it would not be work for so long.
Please arrange to give me replacement.
