I recently purchased 2 shoes from hush puppies showroom from prozone mall coimbatore.
On 21st july 2018, i visited hush puppies showroom and bought 2 shoes.
Black color shoe of size 9 (After checked in the size index tool at the show room) which is waterproof model.
I also saw another brown color shoe which i liked to buy but the size (Which was measured earlier for the black shoe) was not available.
The shop in charge/attendant then checked the availability of shoe in computer and told that the same size shoe is available in another shop which could also be directly sent to your house.
Then i made the payment in advance for the brown shoe too and left the shop as i had to travel out of station the same day evening.
The shoe (Brown) was delivered to my house address at coimbatore the immediate week.
Once i returned back home, i tried the brown shoe and found that the size is big and is not fitting my foot.
Hence i went back to the hush puppies show room in prozone mall and informed them that the size is not fitting.
I discussed the issue with them and i was also offered to buy another shoe which will not fall under offer. Still i chose one and proceed to purchase. But they were looking for cash payment and not card. Unfortunately i did not had enough cash and had only card.
Then as per the direction of the shop in charge/attendant, i also gave the brown shoe to them for their further perusal.
Now it is more than a month and still the issue is not resolved.
The current situation is i had payed the money and yet to get my correct fitting shoe.
