[Resolved] Bata India — Shoe Sole pasting came out from back and front both and Manager behaviour pathetic

I have bought a black shoes for my child on 29th June 2014 for Rs 800. Within 10 days, the sole pasting came out from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, JNTU store, Hyderabad for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very cold and rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had deliberately taken out the sole. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes.
