Sir My name is SK Singh. I had ccomplaine 4 time to bata customer. Complained no are- 249028. 255798. 256076. 258399.but there is no reply till now. I had purchased this shoes from Shop code no- 67267 which is located at udhampur (J&K) which is a local bata dealer. He refuse to take back or replace. He is asking me to lodge ccomplaine with you. So kindly solve my problem and replace It as soon as possible. Thankng you
