Respected sir/ma'am Good evening i am living in karnal, haryana i bought bata north star leather brown shoes from the showroom which is in karnal in one and half month i noticed that from the shoes the soul of both shoes of a pair started to become thin and it tore and its pasting from the sides also got off. i took them to showroom but they said that its not their responsibility to get it done sir i am really disappointed by the poor quality of the product please help me as soon as possible and please replace from new one thanking u waiting for your reply /call
