[Resolved] Bata India — Shoes damanged because of very poor quality

I purchased the bata shoes online from amazon.in, description as "Bata Men's Krptan black formal shoes - 8 UK[protected]"

I am very disappointed since I bought a shoe in the last week of December 14. Within 3 months the stitches came out
I have picyure of damaged shoes but "Attach photo proof" tab is not working. It was very disappointing to see this. I also registered a compliant to Bata customer care ie 375708 on 13th march but still I didn't get any feedback from them.

Please raised my complaint again ASAP.
