[Resolved]  Bata India — Shoes got damaged in few days- pls help

Dear Team, I had purchased Bata Power shoes from below detailed Bata showroom few weeks back.but these shoes got damaged very soon . hardly i have weared these shoes 10-12 times. for the solution & replacement i visited the showroom on dated 20th Dec'14 & they got agree for replacement & they asked for the invoice so that replacement could be done. I tried to find the bill but unluckily the same has been lost. today again i visited the showroom, but they said without bill replacement can't be given. shoes box & article detail's also attached herewith. Purchases is less than 2 months & usage is also very low.
