[Resolved] Bata India — Shoes worn in a week time

Hi Team, I bought a Bata shoe on 1st June 2014. The product ID is 8216947 for Rs. 1399/- in MG Road, Hosur, TN shop. I took the shoe to Chennai for my use and one of the shoes worn out in a week's time. When I reported the same to the shop he mentioned that there will be no replacement and it can be repaired only. Later he took my shoe to a local cobbler and pasted it with a glue and returned it. Again it got worn out on the next day. The customer service was also not good at the shop and he neglected my complaint as well. I would like my shoes to be replaced or my money to be refunded. Angry Customer, Muthu.
