I have purchased a shoes from your kothamangalam showroom Ernakulam district Kerala State on 11/11/2014.within one week both shoes sole has fully damaged. Immediatly i had returned to the showroom. Unfortunatly i have lost the bill. Model number i got from showroom is 851-6339.l request your immedite attention on this matter and expect justice from BATA
