[Resolved]  Bata India — Sole of Sports shoes purchased cracked in four months

Dear Sir With reference to the above noted subject here i have inform you that I have purchased a power jogger shoes from Bata store from Connaugh Place New Delhi. I have purchased a bata shoes because it lasts for long time. But the sole of the shoes broken within four-five months of purchasing. When contacting Bata store at Bhangel Noida they told they don't know the item and the warranty is for only three months. But how can the sole of a Bata shoe cracks within four-five months. Even a shoe purchased from Srileathers 1and half years back is still with me. My faith on Bata will lost. Plese look into the matter. I will send the photo proof whenever it will be required.
