[Resolved]  Bata India — Tear/hole in upper sole of bellies

This is regarding a pair of Bata flat shoes / bellies that I had purchased from your MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 1, store in March, 2015. The shoe code/ model no is as follows:551-3988, 0566-08/14 and the color is brown. The problem is that after 3/4 wears, there is a hole/tear on the upper side of the shoe near the small toe area. Your store salesman had advised me to write to you since I no longer have the cash memo.
