Bata India — warranty assured by the saleman for 3 months

My name is Sunayana Keshri living in Dombivili west I bought your product 671 6316 (ladies chappal) costing 799 on 10/11/2014 for which the invoice number is 54881 (Dombivili East- Everest hall outlet) After using it for 1 and half month the sole of the chappal at back near heel is tearing apart and when i went and showed this in bata they said warranty is just for 2 months written on the bills which i was shocked after knowing as at the time of purchase the sales person said the warranty is for 3 mths due to which i didnt checked the bills and then I told them that their salesperson told me that the warranty is of 3 months then that person was mum and did not uttered a word, I dont understand why the hell false information was given. I requested them to atleast repair and give because it was just 2 months newly bought chappal for 800 and is now not usable but the salesman was so rude and arrogant rejected accepting my request for repair and said he cant do anything as the warranty is over. Is bata so least caring about quality and is this is the services what bata is providing that after paying 800 bucks chappal customer is not able to use the product. Please stop producing such garbage product which is just ruining your so called goodwill and name and please hire some good executives which can atleast talk properly to customer My whole family used to wear only bata footwears however from this experience i will make sure they dont wear and buy bata footwear also will try to socialise my experience as far as possible from my end. Thank you for wasting my INR 800 hard earned money.
