I ordered 4 bottles of dettol hand sanitizer on 04.04.2020 for an amount of rs.900. Order no.2121. Product was never received. However, they kept on saying that it may take some time but product will be received by you. But same was never received. Finally on 03.05.2020, they stated that amount has been approved for refund and it shall reflect in my account within next 15 days.in case same is not received they asked to mail at [protected]@besafekit.in. I haven't received the refund amount till date and i have mailed at [protected]@besafekit.in several times. Was this information helpful? | ||
