[Resolved] Be Safe Kit — Refund issue, not responding

Dear team, i am sivanandareddy from hyderabad. [protected] cell no. This mail is regarding my pending orders and refund. Plz find the orders in screen shot. Total 4 orders 3752, 3813, 4977, 5109. 2 orders 3752 and 3813 initiated on april 9th. I was requested refund on 26 th april. Still not refunded. Other two orders 4977 on apr.13th 5109 on april 15th were initiated. Actual delivery date is may 5th. But not delivered.. Even site is not cooperating to request refund.. I want my money back as orders not delivered. Several times i was requested but be safe kit not at all taken care of customers. Please consider this mail as my complaint and petition. I m waiting for refund on emergency priority with in 7 days.

WE HAVE INTIATED THE REFUND..
WE HAVE TALKED WITH THE PAYMENT GETWAY TEAM THEY ADVICE US TO WAIT TILL 10 JUNE TILL THEN IT WILL REFLECT IN CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT

i suggest you to complain to the bank and tell that they cheated you and the bank will collect the money tell them the rising dispute of the transaction amount.. so that they will recover your money for you debit or credit card insurance will be there so please do it fast up to 90 days you can complain about your disputes
