Order #4697 was placed on april 12, 2020 but now website is not getting loaded. I did not receive any order confirmation from https://besafekit.in but i got confirmation from payment gateway. Please find attached screenshots. I had placed an online order number 4697 at https://besafekit.in/ as on 12th April-2020 to buy sanitizer and gloves worth Rs. 950/-
But the order is not yet delivered to me. Tracking site says "Note: Shipment Return due to service is not open for the given pincode area and time limitation by govt authority"
I understand that lockdown has caused a problem but in this case as the company has not delivered what I ordered so they should refund my money.
