[Resolved] Be Safe Kit — cheating and refund

There was a payment id
Mojo0404i05n02041692 or mojo0408905n05915197 which was an online transaction. Now when i see his last, many days have passed and he has left from me, so i have not come to my orders so i request you that i should be refunded, i feel that i have gone wrong and i have been cheated because after deducting my money they gave a response and whenever i do not reply to any message.

And whoever they have a tracking name
Rocketshipment.in on, whatever i am seeing the name of the company, when i google it, it is not touching me anywhere and after detailing that tracking on it, then that ad is increasing. Now i have no response to them

Dear sir due to lock down it taking time and some technical glitch happen at sites so not tracking now it ok
u can cancel order any time by going instant support
refund
order wont be deliver on time because courier are taking time as more then excepted .
we are not here to do any kind of fraud we running business from last many years sir
so i[censored] felling insecurity of payment we have cancel the order and process the full refund
payment will credit in same payment mode as per payment gateway policy .

As of now, we have received only one message amount of 402 Amount has not arrived in my bank yet But I have paid ₹ 450 for that amount Id MOJO0404I05N02041692, so why are I being given so little to give me the amount? and none of the messages for the second amount have to be come ₹ 600 I'd is

Booked the two order because I have not received the message of both. Amount 450+600=1050

You have given me the receipt of these two, so why is the team of Instamojo writing that I will give you the payment of one and not the other And you will not give me full money, then I will put your complaint on all the government portals and also on all the social sites separately so that everyone will get to know. You do not do what you say, in this way your people.

They wrote me once you check me, I give you a real screenshot of it MOJO0408905N05915197 I want all this money back because my money was cut like this and I am giving you a screenshot of it. If you do not pay the money back, then I will return the complaint consumer desk Because you have given me all the details of cutting this money, for which you accept that we will refund you your money and if you send the recipet, then I will withdraw the money from you. Because you have already spoken to me about this.

Your refund is already process stop posting fake thing on every portal we have given time so have to wait till your bank settle the payment
if you do this and effect our company for doing fake claim our legal team will take action against you
