Be Safe Kit — Delay in refund

I had a ordered a pack of hand sanitizer worth ₹600 from the company back in 12th april, they said due to lockdown it will take some time for the product to be delivered. After a month the courier service said that they can't deliver the product to my area so i requested for a refund which they approved in june. The last message i got from the company was on 6th june which said that they have started the refund process and i will get my money back in the next 15 days. It has been almost 2 months now and i still haven't got my money back and they are no longer responding to my mails.
