Be Safe Kit — I have not received the refund as was promised

Dear sir i orderd dettol instant hand sanitizer - 200 ml 2 bottle on 06 april 2020 and paid rs 550/= but till date i have not received the refund as intimated by you in your mail. Please advise/grant refund without any further delay.
