Be Safe Kit — infrared thermometeri have neither received the infrared thermometers nor refund amount

Sir,
I placed order for the purchase of two infrared thermometers on 20th may 2020 by paying the requisite amount of rs 3600/- (Rs thirty six hundred only) through net banking. I got acknowledgement also specifying order no. 5712.
So far i have neither received the infrared thermometers nor refund amount.
Kindly look into the matter and try to supply the infrared thermometers or refund the amount.
