I ordered two bottles of life boy sanitizer and two free n 95 masks from be safe kit company. The company claims that it is a part of hindustan chemicals. My order no given by them is 3709. They informed me that my order was picked up by a courier service called sip rocket and gave me the tracking no [protected]. For live tracking the parcel. On tracking the product from courier website i am informed that no such parcel is with them for dispatch i immediately informed the company about this and they promptly cancelled my order on 16th april 2020 and ordered a refund. However i did not receive the refund amount till date. My emails are not answered. I am not sure which hindustan chemicals this company representing i try to contact hindustan chemicals mumbai but my mails not delivered. When people dying of this pandemic the company should show compassion toward consumers. I should get my money back and if i am not getting any satisfactory answer from them i am within my right seek legal remedies Was this information helpful? |
