Be Safe Kit — Order not delivered or not refund

I have ordered online thermometer on 20 may they have not delivered and asked for refund they mail saying refund is processed

I have given so many remainder they have refund or delivered they are from vadodra they not responding too

Except mail they don’t have any detail to content them landline is not in use

I will be much obliged if you can help me
