I have order non contact thermometer with Besafekit and paid online Rs 2300 on 19th May-20 but till date the item not delivered or dispatched. I have applied for refund but except refund order number no other communication from the seller. Hindustan Chemical Industries based at Vadodara who they claim as marketing agents does exist at tbe moment. The online shopping also does not have any contact numbers except email address of support which they never reply.
I do not know when I will get refund of my money paid to this non existing online shopping.

I ordered 2bottle of lifebouy sanitizer worth rupees 600 and my ordered number is 4348 and placed on 11th April,
At the time of order it's mention in its site that's this order will be deliver in 4 days till now almost month about the finish but their is no news of my order .
They have customer care email service which never reply thier courier service have customer care chat system and mention to be active between 8 am to 6 pm but when ever try in this time frame it's generate message that try again later wow great you keep trying from 8 am to 6 pm but nothing happen .One more intresting thing is their refund policy you need to refund it to the person ones he deliever to you the goods so no person will ever come for delievery so their is no chances of your money will get back
I don't understand in the time of extreme emergency when hygienic good become life saver If they couldn't able to deliver good at a time so why they make customer fool, It is not fair to play dirty game for money at the cost of people lives .

and regards fraud we are doing bussiness from 8 year
we given every detail courier tracking and all to you as per our records you all ready apply for refund our support team due to lock down it was having some issue with transport
so already its we cancelling the order and and process for refund before come to conclusion you have to contact us and regards police complaint you can go we also have the record that we are not here to fraud and everytime we given answer ann your refund request also process
the payment will be credit in the same mode of payment and it take 2-3 weeks as per payment gateway refund policy so please be patient i[censored] have any issue contact our supports
