Be Safe Kit — They didn't give me refund

Address: ADDRESS Hindustan Chemical Industries Gotri Road , Opp Vinayak Society, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007

I was order a parcel few month ago but they haven't delivered it in the time they are given. They take long time so I cancel the order and ask for refund. They approve it. Be safe kit admin says that 15 days under I get the refund but 30 days gone but I haven't received any refund. Order id is 1667 refund id is 5612. There website says that refunded but I still have not received any refund.

WE HAVE INTIATED THE REFUND..
WE HAVE TALKED WITH THE PAYMENT GETWAY TEAM THEY ADVICE US TO WAIT TILL 10 JUNE TILL THEN IT WILL REFLECT IN CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT
