Hi,
I am a regular traveler from Byappanahalli Metro station to SMVCC metro station.
And every morning at 9am at Byappanahalli Metro station I notice that the baggage screening machine for the ladies section is kept non-functional, which results into a massive queue with just one screening machine.
It's so disappointing to see that we opt for metro to save time and not being able to board in the metro ontime due to mismanagement at the security kiosk.
On enquiring with one of the staff about it, he stated that there are no staff.
I call #BMRCL to investigate the factor if there is indeed a shortage of staffs, if so then why???
If not then where are the staff and why are they not reporting on-time???
It so disheartening to witness my scheduled metro train departing half empty from the station while I am left behind at the security check along with other co-passengers like me.
We live in an era where every minute&seconds is accountable and it is truly not affordable if we are left behind.
It is high time that #BMRCL must study crowd mapping and start enforcing strategical management to control the crowd, before it's too late when all metro starts to function with full optimisation.
