Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — harmful/unhealthy/unsecure street conditions after metro acquired part of our street

Our property is a BDA site near nagawara, Part of our street ( address provided below) was acquired by metro . The street is divided into two . Metro had promised to take all care all the basic neccessity after the division of lane.
Metro did take care of few things.However but the main concern is sewage /drainage / Security.

1. Sewage - Our sewage is not connected properly by metro, Whenever we complaint they do a temporary fix of cleaning up, but now our street is fully filled with sewage water, we are not able to come out of houses.(Attached the video) . I suspect there is pumping of sewage in the main channel by the BMRCL which is flooding our street, request experts to analyze this.
2. Due to the status of the street even the garbage people are not sweeping or picking up the garbage as they feel Unhygienic to come to the street.
3. There is only blame game between BBMP and BMRCL and we are suffers
4. As I mentioned ours is a BDA site after the partial acquisition by metro our site looks like a slum area. I have attached both the photos before and after metro acquitions .
It really distrusting for us, that metro which is meant to better people's life has ruined our property and our lifes
5. As our road was open towards nagarwara to commute for 4 houses but due to this change our security is at risk as unsocial elements have found this place for drinking and other activities, ladies are not able to walk past 9 o clock. We have complaint to BMRCL site engineers on this as well, I agree with them this issue should be taken by the police but these problems occurred only after metro party acquired our street without proper planning for rest o[censored]s.
Am writing this complaint after 3 years as now the living condition in the street is unbearable.
I request your officials to visit our street asses the damages caused by metro to our life.
These 4 houses has students, ladies & retired people request you take immediate action in cleaning up the sewage /Drianage and security before it becomes too late.
