Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Recharged amount is not credited

As i mentioned above, i recharged my card on 9th January 2023 at 2:50pm of amount 200rs.But amount is not credited to my card and also it was debited from my bank account, so please resolve my issue as early as possible. Thank you
