Faulty work

I got the painting work done in 2018 end. I was told that they are giving 5 year warranty.
During pre-sales I have clearly shown the dampness marks to the pre-sales team and they assured that it will not occur again. After one year the same problem occurred. Now when I complained vide complaint no Complaint || Lead Request ID - LD[protected].

I'm highly dissatisfied with the way things were done. The job wasn't up to the mark at all, doesn't suit the brand name 'Berger' has got. I reached out to you instead of giving the job to some local worker, with a belief and trust that I would get nice quality work without any hassle. Untidy work .. horrible finish

We are residents of andheri west Mumbai . Our supervisor was Shankar n contractor is Ramesh .. they have started to paint on 5th August 2021 and work is still on .. such bad quality of work and horrible finish looks like a child has painted our whole house.. not one room work is satisfactory. Billing price and mrp price

The delivery of products to my shop deliver after 4 days of billing. Getting dealer price according to August 2021 and the mrp on product is of 2020. Getting a profit margin in single digit. The company told me to return the product and get a new one. This whole process take 8-9 days and sometimes more than 15 days. Can't afford to loss a customer by waiting 15 days. Unethical worker, unprofessional, worst products, zero experience, zero knowledge of procedure,

It is disgusting to review about BERGER paints brand, who have taken the contract to do full painting of the house and water proofing of terrace. It was so unfortunate to give them this work. Twice they have changed the labors but still the output is worst. Its been an year and still they could not complete one storey house painting. I purchased Berger Roof Guard Paint around 20 to 30 months back (approximate) and apply on our terrace...

Actually our plan was apply white cement for reducing hot and protect our building...

Also I have a very good experience with white cement which I apply, ...

Bad service poor quality and execution over budget than committed quote

They gave a quote of 2.45 L for my house whole painting but they didn’t complete in budget. I am made to pay 3.5 lakh and the service provided is worst. Nobody came for inspection everyday I struggled in getting things done .
This was my bad decision on choosing Berger paints for painting solutions.
Few painted walls are patching out...

Incomplete Work

Leakage in the ceiling after taking the roof treatment service taken from berger paints

Your service is not at all near to the acceptance level.
