Very much disappointed with Painting service

I initially decided to get the work done from local painters however thought to take quotation from berger paint thinking i will get the quality work however now after two days i see patches at most walls and putty is not done properly I dont understand why to prefer beger paint services

I need it fixed at earliest or else will give bad reviews on all social media platforms and will not recommend berger paint to anyone

Got expired product of 8 months and seller is trying to make us fool by not returning it

Bought berger walmasta exterior worth rs 674 from local seller, after using it we came to know that it was a expired product. We went to seller to replace it put they are not replacing nor refunding the price.
As a consumer I know my right that seller cannot sell me the expired product.

Deficiency of Services

I have chooses Berger Paints for my internal painting work in this regard i have paid Rs. 2950/- on 17 Nov 2021 for site maintenance charges i go the receipt from Berger paint vide Transaction Ref No.-098202.

They have assign once contractor thereafter it is very surprise that not a single Engineer visit and check about painting site.

It seems that i have given this assignment to contractor instead Berger Paints....

Calls for redoing some paint not being answered.

I got my house painted 3years back. The interior paint was guaranteed for 5 years while exterior for 7 years. Now I have been trying to contact the person who supervised the paint for last 3 months but he is not picking my phone. There is water proofing problem which needs to be solved soon....

Your company Berger Paints appointed painter Mr.Dattatray Sudke, and Supervisor Mr.Niraj both not prepared.Completion report as work is not satisfactory done as 20 months of my painting work is passed. I think I am being cheated by painter and supervisor...

At present painting on wall started big bubbles. My painted 2 cupboards .colours are piling off...With the trust...

Unsatisfactory work

The work of waterproofing is not satisfactory. One pending quote is yet not being done.
The repair work attended so poorly that it has given a shabby look to the whole roof.
Nowhere it appears that work is done by a reputed company like you.
Pl. Get the pending quote done immediately....

Untrained workers and worst quality service

At my newly constructed house, for the paint job i gave opportunity to berger for its brand value...prior to start of work everything explained was on another level...relying on which we decided to go for berger...but the day they started working...it was observed that the people who are on site are not at all trained and they just pass time the whole day...their work is not at all upto the bechmark of berger...representative of berger hire...

Complete house infected fungal

It is not yet resolved. Their representative called and recommend washing the wall. my concern about they provided an antifungal warranty but it's affected fungal. if it's for For washing each year instead o[censored]sing this antifungal paint. I can use normally washable of spending this much money for Berger paints. It's cheating to customers....

In the year 2017 we got our house painted by Berger Paints thinking we will get a professional work done. Totally disappointed. next year onward i repeatedly generate many complaint but the same not solved till this time. its big big cheating ....

Complaint related To Berger Easy Clean

We have painted our house with berger paints and berger paints easy clean was used for interiors. But when water falls on the walls there will be dents and marks in the wall which is very bad and when we tried to clean that marks it became worse...then what's this easy cleans purpose.. company claims that the dirts in the wall could be easily cleaned with this buy I feel like I'm cheaten by them....

Mental Agony because of Berger Paint

Have contacted thru my FB & requested painting for my Flat .
Berger reference ID - LD[protected]. Totally disappointed & surprised on the painting made by the persons. Totally waste of my Money & till one of my bedroom is appearing n' number of fades and also the painting is cracking from wall @ Bedroom.

One shocking news is that, not at all touched for paint in the window grill, its very worst and never ever seen...
