I've made a purchase from Bhaap.com on 16-Jan-14, where I've paid full amount in advance & was promised 15days shipment.
Afterwards, all of my request to get shipment details failed & till date nothing.
I've following complaint from Bhaap.com,
1. No delivery for purchased product (where 15 days shipment was promised)
2. No commitment for Order delivery (on query, always open ended answer)
3. Removal of Order from my account at Bhaap.com (how read only information can be removed from a site, which is certified as safe & secure)
4. I've purchased for a business reason, & this delay is causing me losses, as purpose of buying it is going on a toss. Bhaap.com has no cancellation policy as they cannot take losses, but they don't compensate customer who suffer looses due to delay.
