I want to cancel my policy no.[protected] of bharti axa life elite advantage plan of base premium of rs.95692.98. I recd my policy bond on dated 07.06.2018 by post on study it i am not able to continue this policy. So i request you to cancel my policy as soon as you can and refund my amount to my bank.     Aapki company dwara hamari ek policy krayi gyi... Jisme ki hme btaya gya. Ki ye 1 time paid pension plan h.. Hmse ye policy krayi gyi.. Aapki company k agent ne hme ye sb baatein bta kr.. Hmse policy kradi.. Jesa ki hmse dhoka dhadi.. Or fraud kiya gya h.. Uske baad dusre agent n kha ki m aapka amount recover kra dunga.. Aaap mujhe..35000₹ ka neft kra dijiye.. Kese ki neft hote hi. Unhone us amount ki policy kra kr k.. Bond hmko bheje diya.. Ese hote hote. Hmse fraud kiya gya.. Or aaj bhi aapki company k agent bol rhe h ki aapka amount company m h.. Jiska amount..₹2100000 bta rhe.. H wo bol rhe h ki. Aap hme ₹60000 ka tax ka amount h jo ki aapko phle dena hoga.. Phir aapko aapka amount hum recover kr denge.

      I have my car insured by your company. My car registration number was hr22h 9899. On 28 jan 2018 my car got accident. I represented all formal documents before your company representatives in fatehabad in time for approval of full dep for accidental claim. I personally represented myself at your rohtak branch for verification. But till date i haven't got claim amount from your company. Please look over this issue as it is getting very delayed for the unknown reason.

        I have purchased a bharati axa car insurance 11 months back with all his features and after understanding the all services provided by bharati axa.

        On 28th may, i come with a damage claim in sawan hyundai at panipat. The day i have submitted my car to sawan service center.

        4 -5 day back before i gave my car to same service center at that time my car don't have any damage reported at service center by my self.

        When surveyors comes for inspection they deny for the claim and said this is not fresh damage.

        But my car get damage at the same time and i want to damage claim with remaining parts.

        They only pass the bumper claim and for mirror claim they deny and pass the message it is not fresh damage.

        If a car get service before 4 days how they said this is not damage covered.

        I think this is totally insane and i want this type of companies not entertain by the policy bazaar.

        This type of ridiculous car insurance companies did not enroll to policy bazzar. Which will affect the policy bazzar customers.

        I hope you understand my concern and waiting for your appreciated response in this terms.

            I was called by rohit khan (Senior relationship executive) mobile no ([protected]) yesterday for some scheme. I informed him please dont call if i am interested i will contact bharti axa. But in spite of the request he still contact on my landline phone and started speaking rubbish with my mother. Then wen i asked him why did he called back again he stated shouting on me saying. Than i told i cant see your scheme on your website than he shouted this scheme is for you... "tuje chaiye ke nahi".
            Then he was shouting for a while and i asked him from where did you get this number he said.."tari wife nai diya".
            Is this the way to talk to customer?. There is no privacy or dignity in bharti axa to talk to a person. Why should any person get anything from bharti axa if such people are working there.
            I need some action to be taken for this so that what happen to me should not happen to others. If no action is take il go to higher or government authorities.

              Hello boss give me acceptance on hand written application but not want to give resignation acceptance through mail, and refused to put on seal on hand written resignation, they are telling that we don't have seal, and many excuse.

              No one get salary slip from the date of joining.
              If asking then excuse of system n software.

                Hi,

                This is with regard to the free look period for the policy number[protected]
                I have returned the policy on 27th march to amit after consistent telephone follow up. Below is the mail correspondence in this regard. The return was done with in the free look period (Received on 23rd march)

                However i was expecting the refund to my account and till date had not received it.
                I have been consistently in touch with robert rani and amit who are in the bangalore office, in this regard and they have been promising that it will happen and kept pushing the dates (I would have some proof for this too).

                I was finally told it should happen on monday 28th may 2018. However as the refund did not reflect in my account i have contacted the help line and spoken to mr harshit.

                Mr harshit informed me that the application is registered on 6th april 2018 which is after the free look period and the application is rejected.

                I do not know where the error has cropped in. I do have a feeling that this may be from amit or robert rani as they had some targets to meet for march year end. However please do your enquiry to clarify further

                This being the case, till date i was not informed that the application was rejected by either (Amit or r. Rani), its only informed now when i am calling the help line and i am speaking to the manager.

                I look forward for a full resolution of this issue and complete refund along with interest for the delay period.

                The Team had come back stating my email ID was not registered. The company has activated the policy with out an email ID of the policy holder, Inspite of me having shared the ID in the original form and yet did not let me avail the "Free Look Period" option.

                This is really not logical and clearly shows the clerical error and more reason that the policy shouldn't have been activated in the first place.

                It has taken 2 days to register the email ID.

                Please can you some one stop this harassment and help me get back the money that is locked.

                  The claim handler (Mrsambhu nath) is having a wrong attitude. He has done the wrong deduction and when i ask for authentic documents (Forensic report) because he denotes wrong statements for deduction. When i ask and demand forensic report he is denying and saying i will not give and i will close your file soon. After this, he is not reverting my emails. I call to him that i'll report to consumer affairs, he dares to do.

                  I have asked some question which he is not giving answers still i am waiting:

                  He had deducted claim amount without giving prior information.

                  Why was he eager for deduction?

                  What the rules he has followed?

                  What are the guidelines he hasn't given anything?

                  Why he stops talking and misbehaving and not cooperating when i request a forensic report?

                  He tortured me to close my file.

                  I have doubt that he has done the wrong deduction and while ask proof he is acting also misbehaved.

                  I have proof how his service provider harassed ourselves and demand money for each work.

Here I inform you to that Mr sambhunath who is currently handling my claim who is not serious about to clear my claim as it already been 1year. when I requested him to provide deduction report of your company and forensic report for the same he stops reverting my emails, not calling me also not following my call request a when I call to him is misbehaving, sauting at me and try to torture me and my family saying I will be close your case. I am following him since 2017 what he had told we have done same. In the last stage when I submitted most of the important documents and in the final stage, he had deducted claim money without my knowledge and without proof. when I requested for the report of authentication or forensic report. He is denying to give the report.                     I am debishmita chakraborty having policy no [protected]. Under broker rfl insurance broking pvt ltd broker code 219930 mr a s rajesh email [protected]@riskfreelife.com
                    They assured me of loan 9lakhs67thousand under 7.78rate of interest as bussiness loan as unsecured loan with insurance policy as mortgage. And told me to wait 22nd of may 2018 to the loan amount disbursed and not mention that iam doing this policy under any provocation as loan or else as to kill the time of one month so that in between i cannot withdrawl the policy. Itz a heavy amount policy of 47thousand.
                    Now calling from 22nd may 2018 for my loan they asr not responding.
                    I didnot want to continue the life insurance policy under bharti axa, so plz discuntinue the policy and refund me the policy amount 47thosandfourtysix.

                      We have a policy no:[protected] taken on my mothers name vignapana and the agent informed us this is for 1 year.

                      My mother expired on 27th jan 2018 and the ecs got deducted in may 2018 which is of 35, 767.

                      As we have been to the bharti axa life office and informed them about my mothers expiry they say this has taken for 10 years and we wont return the money.

                      I have given them the death certificate and written statement requesting for refund but nothing has done until now.

                      Please help us get the refund amount as they deducted it without prior notice.

                          I have 0 dap insurance policy holder of your company.
                          I have a eon era, was got accedent and both of bumffer was damaged. I had contact durga moters rohtak for cashless claim but surviovr mr. Bijender singh after 10 days said that in both of these only one bumffer can be claimed and said you wish choice frount or back.

                          I hv taken your 0 dat policy on dated 2-2-2018.

                          I was told to mr. Bijender singh company surviour about little accedent but mr. Bijender not agree for giving both bumffer and to indicating some demands.
                          I said to mr bijender i hv odap policy holder of your company why are gave you xyz..

                          I am govt servent... Againt for this process of corrption.

                              Please provide as much as possible information. We have all the call records of them. To start the policy they were calling us everyday. They told us that we will give u a loan of $5, 00, 000 and when we start the policy they just keep on giving only dates. They both of them are your only company agent. They take ours 25, 700Rs we want this money back otherwise we have another choice. We will complain the fir in the police about your company bharti-axalife

                                Receiving calls continuously from this number [protected] saying that it is some pradeep who wants to sell me some wealth management tips.. This is so disgusting that i am unable to even express myself now. He tells me that i must be in a mental hospital because i asked him if he even knew me name or was calling blindly.
                                This is my number and he has been calling it continuously since the afternoon[protected].
                                Have you people no shame at all? And is this kind of marketing the thing that gets you customers these days? Shame on you. I will try and put this on social media as well, let us see how you can get away with this kind of cheap harassment.

                                  I had lodged a claim against theft of two-wheeler in april 2017. Firstly they had demanded a number of documents to submit which is very difficult and really very tough task to get and collecting a common man.in which they did not give any cooperation they behaved like i did a crime by claiming to behave like a stranger. Although i had summited all documents, they demand another one and when i request to guide and help they are behaving like a stranger, i misbehaved and tourcherd that i will close your case and will not give your claim. I am harassed while fulfilling their demands and requirements they did not give proper reply when i calling to customer care i did only formality they said i did not know please contact claim handler. It 1year plus my time and money both wasted so much. Their intensity is to leave my claim by harassment and forget the claim. Claim handler is not co-operating and talk properly. Claim id c1248074. Mr sambhunath is claim handler. He is torchering and misbehaving and saying i will close your case and give wrong reason.

                                        I have taken bharti axa policy on[protected] then I requested for my 1st claim after 20 days that was rejected by Mr.Bharvi sharma he said it was no claim bonus policy I still waited 2 mnths for there response then after no response I took my bike for service outside nd spent 10k on bike.Again I visited to bharti axa branch in pritam pura, talk to Bharvi ji and give him money to correct the policy his employ check the bike standing in parking take pictures of bike then again I asked if there is any issue now they no now all is okk u have given money ur work is done. Then on[protected] again I given bike to claim then bharvi said ur bike is already broken and we don't have any pic of that, I have shown the bike to them in branch nd he has taken pictures of bike.And ur terms nd condition says if anyone bike is damage u takes its pics but u haven't done anything like dis... ..so can u plzz tell me is ur policy is fake or we people r fools, is there is any value of our money we r iņvesting on ur stupid policies ...plz rply fast to dis my bike is on service center still now.
