policy money still not received

In difficult times (Or even in normal times), bharti axa is definitely not something which one wants.
I bought a policy 5 years ago, wanted to cancel it during free look period but cudn't. Finally after 5 years of wait, when i am eligible to withdraw my money, the company simply isn't responding. They are not even willing to take complaint. I don't know how such cheats exist even today.
Bharti axa life insurance take action...

no response from bharti axa insurance / cheating people

I used to get frequent call from bharati axa life insurance company insisting me to take policy with them; they promised me of assured loan from 15th day of commencement of the policy.
Below are the loan details as per their commitment:
Loan amount: 6l;
Roi: 2.5 k per month first 3 years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th years;

repetitive call

Today i have received 6 calls bharati for some stupid investment plan. I have not shown any interest on any web site. I have asked your agent raj for clarification that how did he get my no?? That stupid guy was explaining me about his plan...
I dont want to received any call from bharati axa. Last no where i had word with raj [protected]. This is just such a ridicules thing that after informing that put my no in dnc i am receving call...

"payment not received"surrender of policy no 500-6540999 at haridwar branch.

Date of surrender — 16th august 2016 by registered post.

Till date i have not received the surrender value of my policy from the branch/bhartiaxa

fake /wrong commitment

I have taken policy[protected] and payed 50 k to bharati axa life insurance.
They have confirmed and committed me to process the 6l loan from kotak mahendra bank, once i taken policy from bharati.
Loan amount: 6l
Roi: 2.5 k per month first 3 years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th years

I will get the balance amount...

sales rep agreed to covering all damages in car insurance

I was mis-sold a car insurance policy by their sales rep and now when i am claiming it from them. All they are giving me is a bunch of technical terms to get that sorted. I have to pay half the amount for getting the parts replaced in a zero debt insurance. I spoke with satish yadav who wasn't of any help. I would not recommend anyone to buy their policy. They are just a bunch of cheaters, never buy their policies....
