Misbehaving

I am shikhar naval a daily users of my bus. I am travels daily from bairagarh to habibganj. I goes to tr 4 at 3.30 sometime. But when i late i use another bcll bus which comes at 3.47 pm at tr4 bus. Her conductor name is dinesh solan he is very bad conductor and talking badly to people. At my side also he is not dedicated to that bus. So plse improve it....

About misbehaviour of conductor

My complaints about conducter who make my ticket new market to halalpur. But i board at polytectic. I pay more while i ask for that. He refuse to give rest of money. It occur two times. He also misbehave badly with me. While i tell i can complain ur higher authority. He told kar do dekh lunga unhe bhi. He does it with several passenger in daily basis. My ticket no 0102170616174015377097 my no mp04pa0989. I[censored] can not take appropriate action...

Worst service

I had a haircut today at Niki Bawa, platinum plaza, Bhopal.

The lady at the reception was least bothered about customers.she did not have time to hear ..

The boy who did the haircut did an experiment with my hair and made it all a mess.
I had asked the boy to do the layer cut but he did it a flex to which I had already said NO in the beginning.
After that I asked him to correct, which he did but...

Gaadi no mp 04 PA 1875 me ladkiyo ke male sheet par bethne par jab conductor ko sikayat ki tab uska kahena tha ki bo apni marji se bethi hai me nahi utha sakta
jo complent karni hai kar do
agar koi male female sheet par beth jaye to turant hata diya jata hai
Krpaya karbahi kare nahi to cm help line ki madat lena hoga

BCLL is running like Mini Bus (No Management)

Driver is stopping bus anywhere where they found savari, Then why bus stop is made so expensive (I think to collect advertisement) today 24-Oct'16 one passenger is missed by 2 inches to be hit by me, while i stop the bus and ask driver why you do so he said "agar kar diya to kya ho gaya". Conductor mouth is filled with guthka and always using abusive language in front of female travelers.

While comparing with Banglore city...

Misunderstood about route

I travelled from mp 04 pa 2231 this bus run from gandhi nagar to vardhman. but driver & conductor has not gone to vardhman. bus stopped at mandideep. after asking - they told me that due to late run we will not going to vardhman. due to this type of badmashi — i have late reached to my factory.
Please do needful & take immidiate action on this bus's driver & conductor. this bus reached mandideep at 9:20 am on dated 14/10/2016....

Improper management of existing buses

Complain.
1) on 2-oct night about 9pm their was no tr-1 bus for bairagarh from new market for more than 45 min.
2) on 3-oct morning at 9 am their was no sr-1 bus from bairagarh for more than half an hour and suddenly 2 busses came competing with each other.

Suggestion.
3) why you are running sr-3 which simply run empty, instead sr-5 services should be improved.
4) sr-3 bus can be used to improve...

Misbehave with female and taking extra charges

I am Rani Bhawsar travlling from MP nagar board office to nahar stop from TR 1 route bus .

As i was travelling Mr.shailendra, Bus conductor Misbehaved Very badly, Abused and Talked Loose with Me, also he charge an extra fare of Rs 6, total amount of ticket as per Km charges are 14 but he charged Rs 20.

He behaved very rudely and abused in front of many people.

Please registrar a complain other...

Issued wrong ticket

Every day i go to sai board from habibganj station by bus TR-1.
And many of the times conductor issues ticket from board office to sai board.
Today the conductor crossed his limit when i asked him for proper ticket. He refused to issue ticket in a very bad manner, when i again asked him for proper ticket he became angry on me and tell me in abused language "jo krna hai kr le nai deta ticket". Then i warned him that i would complain...

Not given change back and misbehavior of contractor

I took the bus from Awadhpuri to Alpana Tiraha on 05/07/14 14:29 .Total charge Rs 19 and I gave 20 Rs but after asking many times bus conductor didn't return 1 rs back even he have that but everytime I asked he said I will give latter but he didn't and he talked in harsh way to me and told me to go and complaint where ever you can, i will see you and all.

troubles caused by bus service

Sir,

I want to shed light on some factors which cause trouble to common people and give bhopal city bus service a bad name.

1. Misbehaviour of drivers and conductors.

2. Conductors do not return change(for ticket fare) even after repeatedly asking.

3. Rash driving.

I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter asap....

Bus conductor refused to accept soiled note which was given by another bus conductor of the same company

I was traveling from city link bus of municipal carporation of Bhopal. on 20.05.2011. A bus conductor returned me soiled note of Rs. 5 (balance money after issuing me the ticket). I simply accepted because refusal is against the dignity of our mother india and government of India. However, in another bus of the same company bus RTO registration no. Non-issue of tickets

It is with deep anguish and regret that i have to report that on persistently asking for a ticket from the conductor didn't issue one, asked me to get down from the bus on reaching my stop at Habibganj Naka, and the driver, inspite of my warnings, drove away. Bus timings

sir, i live in bhopal.i travel daily in star bus but bus never comes on time special 12 no. bus, also in all the bus, conductor never gives tickets to the passenger.All passenger wait sometimes more than 2hrs for bus due to improper timings. waiting for appropriate action against this as soon as possible....

regarding tickets

sir, i m citizen of india
and when i travell in bhopal city link
they never give tickets..they say that machine is not working properly.
but it hurts me that our governments income is going some where else.

so sir plz do some thing for it .so that our country can shine...
