Disrespectful abusive behavior

Abusing behaviour by conductor

Hy this is ahtisham ali, Im gonna file this complaint about rude, bad and abusing behaviour with me by conductor,

Conductor's rude behavior

Not given change back and misbehavior of conductor

I took the bus from chanchal CR to Taj Mahal on 08/12/22 at 17:50. Total charge was Rs 15 but the conductor took Rs 22 from me and gave me the wrong ticket to jahangirabad when i asked for my change he misbehaved and didn't gave my money back.. he talked in harsh way to me and when my stop arrived he asked me to get down fast in a very bad tone. This was very wrong behaviour...

Complaint for sr2 bus.

Sr2 bus wale rokte nhi hai ham log khade rehte hai sham ko 6 baje se wait krte hai 4 5 bus nikalti hai rokti nhi hai ham log sunsan raste me wait krte hai.bus ka pass bna.bus wale bethate nhi hai ham ldkiya hai kuch galt hoga hmare sath to jimmedar bcll wale hai conductor batmiji se bat krte hai.please i request you to take action....

Regarding bus not stop between two stops

Hello team,
i am sanjay kushwah from bhopal i daily travel in mybus, i am facing one problem in your buses that driver does not stop buses beween two stops, they tell me bus does not stops between two bus stops it will stop only on bus stop so i missed my destination and also face problem because i have to come back by walk. Please change this rule, if they can take passanger from anywhere not only bus stop but also from any place...
