Bigroots.in — order placed product not received

I placed order on 4th dec, on site, they write that product shall be delivered within 2-3 days... Today is 7th dec, still the status on site is processing the order... I think they are manipulating people... Money was paid instantly... And moreover, they do not respond on whatsapp num or other num given by them on site...
I request to take strict actions against them.
And return my money.

I ordered a one plus one phone cover. Still it is showing processing. Can you tell me when it will be dispatched otherwise refund my money.

My order Id- #77577 was placed on 7th dec, 2017.

Do it as soon as possible.

Same here my order is still processing.
I know somebody who gone helps me he is Crime branch police officer.
if anyone get the same problem call me or text me on my number
