Didn't deliver

I ordered flowers and paid... But didn't deliver my flower or not refunded . Wen i tried to contact noone is picking up or not even a reply in Email...such a fraud people... Took my money and flowers is not delivered yet...

Not received the gift card yet

I ordered an product from BloomsVilla and it was a prepaid order. Soon, I received an email from BloomsVilla saying that my order is on hold as there was an issue with the product. I immediately cancelled my order and requested for a refund to my original payment method, but they declined that request saying that they can only provide a gift voucher of same amount in return. I agreed and asked them to share the gift voucher, but haven't received...

Order not delivered despite order was paid in advance

I ordered mothers day gift on 7th to deliver on 8th.
To my horror i found at the end of the day that order was not delivered. Since then i am trying to reach them through phones, emails on status of my order or the refund of my money. But no one picks the phone and no one responds to email.
This is a fraud company and these guys needs to be reported to Police as well as cybercell...

Undelivered order BV2278361

BloomsVilla This is regarding order number #BV2278361. It was scheduled to be delivered on May 8th, 2022. However, it has not been delivered yet. Tried calling customer care service several times, and raised a complaint as well on the site but no response. Is there an ETA?
My parents are supposed to leave town soon. Either deliver the order tomorrow or initiate refund....

About their behaviour of not responding to my refund mails

It is a great disappointed to recieve such behaviour from their side...I have been mailing them about cancellation of my order a Rose bouquet and a cake since yesterday (8 may 2022) as its purpose was to suprise my parents on their anniversary but didn't get any details regarding the delivery timing till 7:30 pm so decided to cancel it .today(9 may 2022) I got an delivery of rose bouquet...I refuse to recieve it and talk to a representative...

Order Not received on time and now I want to cancel my order, no body revert me back

I had order flowers for my mother in hyd on mother day, entire day it's showing the tracking in process
When I try to contact them they r not available
Not a single no connected one is switched off other blr no not working
Now I had sent a mail to cancel my order and pl revert my money back but no one revert me back nor I received any call why the order not received or something.. First time I ordered for bloomsvilla...

No delivery made after payment

I placed the order with them on 8th may for the occasion of mothers day. the payment was made and I received a confirmatory email as well.

After 2 hours I received an automated email that the flowers I placed the order for are unavailable for my Pincode and I can select the substitute for the same price instead. I promptly respond with the new selection and it has been radio silence since then. They haven't confirmed it nor...

I have placed order for 8th may order number - BV2277036
The order is not delivered yet
My family is waiting for the order
They have not gone anywhere waiting for the order only
The order was paid
I have called the customer care 100 of times but there is no response from their side
I have sent mails but only got computerised reverts.
This is a fraud company taking paid orders and not delivering...

Have not received the flowers on mother day order no: BV2276463 (prepaid order)

Hi,

I placed an order on 7th may, 2022 for 8th may, 2022 for mothers day and i dint get my flowers but they have shameless mailed saying that the flowers are delivered, my mothers day got ruined. It was the first time i ordered from them and it seems like a fraud company. I request for an immediate action. The anount in dispute is ₹3000/-

You are the WORST service provider I have ever seen!!! You said same day delivery but it didn’t happen & of course there was no cust supp… today morn I was on hold for AN HOUR & then call got disconnected … cancel my order & refund amt! Will never order again from you...

Flowers and gifts sent on Mother's day

Placed an order on their website on 08th May 2022 for gifts and flowers on Mother's day. They delivered nothing. When i filed sn online complaint on their website, they sent me a delivery confirmation message. This is clearly a 'fraud' company. Stay clear of them. I am surprised the Bangalore Police has not taken action against them....

Did not receive flowers for order #BV2279069

Placed flowers for my mother on mother's day to be delivered on 8th May by 8 pm cost Rs. 799. Status in the app shows in progress. But it never got delivered. Later checking the Google reviews I got to know this is fraud company. Even the phone number doesn't work. This is the worst flower delivery app fooling people. Please bloomsvilla deliver the order...

Abt product delivery not delivered on time

Didn't receive order.

Cake bouquet and mug I ordered due to mothers day.. I need to be delivered on 8 may2022.Here time is essence so either deliver same on today or refund the amount ..app is showing to be delivered by 8 pm not delivered till now.

Moreover no number is working....

Abt product delivery

I ordered cake and bouquet plus 1 gift from company. As time is essence here if must be delivered today only as of 8 may 2022 . Either deliver the product today or refund the same amt

I m trying to connect to customer executive but all no. Are switch off . Seems like fake website.

Didn't receive my order

I placed an order for midnight delivery but didn't receive it neither any communication for the same. They charged extra 250 still no response. On tracking it is showing order id or email incorrect when I am using their own link delivered to me on email to track the order. Order number BV2275744...
