In the website it was mentioned that they'll deliver the product by yesterday midnight itself and they asked to pay extra 250 for the same. ORDER BV23147359. I placed an order for a cake delivery on 4th of March to postal code 624101, Kodaikanal, Dindugal district. I placed the order for 4th delivery but it's 5th March today and no delivery made. I've been trying to contact them but never got connected to someone and only the music went on. Hi I ordered a gift from bloomsvilla for valentine's day (14 Feb) to my wife . It was supposed to be sent in the same day, but till today 21st Feb I have not received the order in chennai . The delivery shows as out for delivery still. Cannot reach the customer care in phone or chat . Raised a incident as well in their portal . For which there is no response . I am writing this honest review so that in future no one can do the same mistake I did.
We placed a ' same day delivery ' order and paid the total amount including extra surge money due to the valentines day occasion but we didn't receive my order till today.
When we raised a complaint no one gives a response to that complaint but they marked our order as 'Delivered' without delivering...

I placed my order on 14th Feb, the amount for a bouquet and a gift was 918/Rs . It was deducted from my paytm account, after few hours I received a mail saying payment was failed and refund will be initiated within few days

Next day I got the mail saying that your order has been delivered.
Neither my order is delivered nor the refund is initiated yet

I called them on their customer care number multiple...

Hi, My order BV23142636 has not been delivered till date. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. I have raised a complaint Incident 30824 but no response has been received yet. Customer care is not even responding to call nor am I getting response over email. It's a request to either refund or deliver and compensate for the same.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I ordered for my mums birthday who was visiting India for her Birthday. She did not receive the flowers on time and I paid extra for a specific time slot.
They have emailed me to say it has been delivered. I emailed them to say it hasn't. I get an email saying the same thing again...it has been delivered. No one would lie about not receiving a gift?! I live in UK and purchased it to be delivered in Ahmedabad....

In lieu of my order from bloomsvilla - I received 1 bouquet at 8pm on Feb 15 but the time of delivery was till 12pm. The flowers were in bad condition and not what was showed on the site. I only received one when the order was placed for 2.
I would never recommend bloomsvilla to anyone and the company should outcasted from google and prime sites.

Would need and demand refund of my order of total amount of 2800/-...
