My icici credit card was sent via blue dart and was supposed to be delivered today. I directly went to blue dart office and they confirmed that they have received the shipment and it will be delivered today. They said they cannot give the shipment to ne directly and have to deliver it at home. Waybill number for shipment is [protected]. Now on website its showing that consignee address incomplete/incorrect. On top of that blue dart messaged me that i should contact icici bank to update my address.
The fault lies completely with blue dart. I do not need to update my address as it is completely correct as i had confirmed it at blue dart office itself. Please either deliver the shipment tomorrow or let me collect it from your office as it's a vital shipment. I did not receive a call from blue dart either.
