Blue Dart Express — Product Damaged at end of Bluedart and Not providing any compensation

Everything went wrong at the end of Blue Dart starting from package data entry which was entered incorrectly by Desk analyst Abhishek at Gwalior, then the product was miss-handled by bluedart quality team and their warehouses are infiltrated by rodents. My product was completely damaged inside out and delivered after 5 days don't know why it was delivered as the product was completely damaged. They asked me to drop an email with a claim amount and then they themself rejected it saying the item was eatable and no refund can be given. They failed to understand though the product was edible it cost around 2k since it was specially made to be delivered to a friend overseas and it was supposed to be further connected to an international courier but bluedart screwed it in the first place. The management is to be blamed here the Regional manager of Gwalior was looped in every email and did not take a single action towards their employees. I request an audit check towards your warehouses where my product was damaged and take strict action against the ones responsible.
