Sometimes parcels have confidential information which cannot be shared with an unknown person. My parcel delivered to a wrong person who is completely unknown and didn't even called me while delivering to a wrong person. I hope I get my parcel not to a wrong person.

    Pickup cancelled by Bluedart without attempting pickup or contacting the addressee

    My order with Waybill number [protected] was arranged by service center for an item under repair but nobody came to pick up and all of a sudden the status is changed to "Pickup Cancelled By Customer On Attempt". This status is not only factually incorrect but it is wasting the time for which the product is repairable by th service center. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent activity on part of Bluedart....

    I was supposed to get the parcel today dated 02/08/23 but now it has been marked as restricted area entry prohibited for delivery, the delivery agent called and I didn’t pick but I called him back in the next few mins and he mentioned he will deliver the parcel now it is marked as delivery prohibited

      I ordered whey Protein it was came from blue dart courier service. My delivery date is 27 july. After reaching my area. Blue dart tracking status showing "NO CONSIGNEE IN THE GIVEN ADDRESS" They didn't give any response Even they didn't call me. I called blue dart customer service in 28 jul they told parcel will deliver by told itself but I didn't receive any call from delivery person today the date is 1 augest they still didn't receive my parcel. Worst courier service I ever seen in my life!

        I was to get my new Debit card from HDFC Bank through Blue dart express courier on 27th July 2023 via Blue dart AWB #[protected] but I have not received the courier till now.myself and my husband both working out so door will be locked between 10a.m and 7.30p.m.i have not received a single call from Blue dart if any attempt was made for delivery.Door no given is my own house and we have been living in it since 15 yrs.Reason given in a link provided as wrong address which is totally wrong information.I was at home all day on 29th and 30th July but no one came to deliver. I want the service to stop giving wrong information to bank due to its inefficiency to deliver.

          All blue dart couriers use very big covers even if they have to deliver a very small envelope. If the content is already packed in a envelope, they can avoid usage of further packaging.

          It is very painful to see usage of such huge covers for packaging

            I brought a skin for my phone from a website and I prepaid the amount and they also shipped it with bluedart courier but it didn't arrive by now. One day after complaining about this incidents in blue dart a person called me but he was asking about the product and told I will see . After which they didn't contacted me.               Worst courier service ever

              I had ordered Titan watches from from online titan store, its been 7 days now, I haven’t received delivery. And for my symurprise, bluedart is showing wrong status too many times as wrong delivery pincode or out for delivery, and very next day they show status as ahipment areived from therw etail office to thane city. Just trying to full customers.
              Please see below screenshot and please help.

                Fraudulent Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery.

                  I have to Receive a parcel on 25 of june 2023, called customer care on 25, 26 of june on 27th june they are updating me with reason that as it is raining it will be delivered tomorrow(28th june). There is no contact info of nearest hub.

                    Recently I have ordered a smartwatch through the official app of Noise, they told me that bluedart will deliver my smartwatch and it was showing the expected delivery date 26-Jul but its 27th but my smartwatch has not arrived yet I checked it on official site of bluedart there was written that "network delay, will impact delivery" So please tell me when will it come and try to deliver it fast as soon as possible!

                      This is regarding AWB [protected]. The bluedart courier was supposed to deliver the product today and he had called me and I had informed that I was not available for next 2 days. He said that he cannot keep the product in bluedart for 2 days . I asked him about the office and he said that office is open till 8pm. I went to office and I was informed that person is on field and he will available only after 8 pm . This is totally unprofessional behaviour from reputed courier company simply wasted my time and not ready to accept their mistake. I want this to escalated at the earliest.

                        My consignment with the way bill no [protected] was expected to deliver today. But the delivery executive didn't deliver the package and marked the status as "C'nee Shifted from the Given Address. In this case I am not shifted anywhere from my given address.

                        Kindly deliver my consignment at the given address earliest possible.

                        I had very bad experience with the service of Blue Dart.

                          The consignment wasn't delivered to me despite the status been shown as put for delivery. Nor I received any message that the parcel will not be delivered today. I had to cancel my ticket since I was supposed to travel the next day. But due to irresponsible behaviour by Bluedart I had to suffer monetary loss. Absolutely pathetic service. Highly disappointed. Deliver my parcel without fail tomorrow!

                            I was expecting my package to be delivered on Saturday and I was present at my address all the day. But by the end of the day I got an update saying that "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE". I was available on my phone and the shipping address the full day, but they gave this fake update for my delivery. Still the package is not delivered

                              Hello,
                              My way bill number is [protected]. The shipment was about to get delivered today as I got the update in my phone number @ 12;47pm. But when till evening it didn't get delivered I checked the website to check the status and the Status was shown as Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. But this shouldn't had happened as I have got delivery earlier by giving the same address by BlueDart.

                              Please look into the matter and get the shipment delivered as soon as possible.
