Respected Team, Area Pin Code 152115 is Near Malout City, Punjab. But This area was Provided to the wrong courier service Provider in Mandi Dabwali, Haryana. Delivery status of my order has been updated as CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE. It went out for delivery at around 3:30pm and i was eagerly waiting for the shipment. I didn't got any calls or messages from bluedart team regarding delivery. It is very unprofessional from their end to update fake status. I hope someone would take necessary action....

Hi,
I have ordered 1 bag from Tata Cliq app. This was handed over to bluedart for delivery. Product is in my place since 16th August and yet waiting for the delivery. There is no sense of responsibility from bluedart to keep the customer informed. They are just taking it very causually. these kind of things should be penalised and the comapny should pay the consumers for every second of delay. In India companies can just delay whatever...

I had a parcel which had to be delivered to Ahmedabad but instead it got delivered somewhere in Assam. I also told the delivery person not to deliver at wrong address but still status showing delivered. I had paid money for the order it is very disappointing service from Bluedart

My order was supposed to be delivered on 18th August 2023. But it is still not delivered. Even though the hub is just 5 kms away from my house, they were still not able to deliver. Now the status is showing as "misroute due to shipper fault/wrong pin" even though I have given correct address and pincode. Their customer support is also worse and half of the time they're busy. On 17th August 2023 I received my package containing clothes and a OPPO smartphone in its box which was sent from Gurugram to Dhanbad awb [protected], but its box was slit from the bottom and and the polythene used to cover the inside contents was torn. The phone box was missing and the clothes it was tucked between were slightly unfolded....

Can anyone imagine, Aditya Mishra calling and threatening at 11pm on 14th August, to come at 9am sharp on 15th August to work on an INDEPENDENCE DAY...IF THIS IS RULE WHAT HE SAMIR SUBIR KUNDU IS MAKING, THEN WE WILL BE FILING QN FIR AGAINST THESE GOONS NAME...THEY R HAF SCHOOL PASS..AND THEY ARE HARASSING EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY COMMIT SUICIDE....

I've ordered a watch from Swiss Time House on 6th of August it got shipped the next day ie 7th of August and the ETA was 10th of August. It reached my nearest hub Kukatpally Y junction on 9th and is there from then.. today is 14th and when i checked the status it says Out for Delivery and "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect". But I havent recieved a call nor a message saying incomplete address though it's correct and no one finds difficulty...

My courier was not delivered and neither a phone call was made for any address related issues if any and the status of my parcel was marked as “ Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark” without any confirmation. My courier was urgent and of high priority, this conduct is not upto the mark and has happened before also at my location.

12.08.2023 Blue dart delivered a aluminium alloy anti-fall slim phone case and I paid 800 rupees(500 cash and 300 Gpay), After delivery open that box I disappointed, because in that box I get normal case worth just 150 rupees. After that I went to the near Blue dart office, they didn't give the money back....

When I try to track my order, it said that the pick-up was cancelled by shipper. I’m other areas it says that the Pickup was Cancelled By Customer On Attempt. Which is false. I was supposed to receive the order today but this is what I see when I try to track it and I’m unable to understand whether I’ll be receiving it or not. I’ve already paid for the order so now I’m in a jeopardy....

Totally disappointed with your service. Never gonna use your cargo service again. I have couriered one product using bluedart and the shipment is showing as delivered. But when i spoke with the recipient they told they haven't received the product So when i tried to download proof of delivery there is no image present in the tracking link. And customer support is also not helping in getting POD. I need POD right now else bluedart has to pay...
