I registered for ielts exam, and ielts team will send documents which is needed to prepare for exam, as per message product was supposed to be delivered on 23rd september, but i haven't received any call or message. Then when i checked the status on 26th september, i was shocked to see that my package has been marked saying "person shifted to new location" without even call how can they mark it as i moved to other location. Then i called customer care, but after so many attempts finally explained them i'm still in same location pls send the package asap they said it will be delivered on 27th september, but again i can see status as they marked i have changed to another location. Without even checking how can they play like this? I need the documents for my exams, it is important for me. Don't spoil the trust people keep on blue dart.
