Blue Dart Express — blue dart delivery

This courier company in barmer delivered item pathetically and too late.
I was shipped a parcle as 32 inch led tv, my parcle reached in barmer on 7 oct 19 but till time it is not delivered me (12 oct 19). At its website it is reflected that adress is incomplete or incorrect.

Every time this stupid courier delayed items stating address problem, not reachable etc... But it all are bakwas...

It has been shown recipient is stamp and also the shipment is delivered but I didn't received it still now.
