My package with waybill no. [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 3rd august in trichy. When i check the status, it says that the shipment is at trichy, kk nagar and that the undelivered shipment held at location. They have not contacted me about delivery, even though i have already paid for it. This highlights the pathetic state in which their service is functioning.
