I had sent parcel to bangalore on july 13, 2019. Docket no. Of the shipment is [protected].
The parcel got damage. I have attached photograph for your reference. We had pasted label of “fragile” on it. But still it gets damaged because of mishandling.
I had registered a complaint on july 16, 2019 and asked to waive off freight charges and credit at least 50% amount of the item.
Today i received an email from customer care that there is no damage to shipment. I had a word with mr. Agastya and i received a feedback that they have investigated the problem and they found that packing box does not get damaged.
Let me know one thing, if there is any breakable item in packing box, how packing box will get damage??? Mr. Agastya is saying that there is no remark on pod for damage of piece. How can the concern person know that the contents of the package are damage without seeing any visible indications of damage on the covering portion?
Now mr. Agastya is urging me to close the complaint without giving exact reason for damage along with reimbursement of freight charges. I will not close the case as we all can see that the mistake is completely of blue dart. I will not pay freight charges since the item is damaged. I am not asking to credit item value but at least you can waive off freight charges of damaged item.
I request you to please look into the matter and take action on it. We are waiting for positive reply from you.
