Confused with Blue Dart service, which is totally different from brand reputation, I'm mailing in expectation to get a solution. I contacted Blue Dart on 31st August 2019 and scheduled a pickup of very urgent document from Kolkata (700075), after getting confirmation of delivery at Gurgaon (122001) on 2nd of September 2019. (Way Bill# [protected]). Today whole day I keep on tracking and calling customer service regarding the delivery, but just like other local low cost service provider, the customer service executive repeated with scripted message of "we will do our best" and "we are informing the team to do it asap" but cant commit any time.
I very well know that it would be delivered to me tomorrow or day after or any day in this week, but for this type of indefinite service INR 400/- has been charged for me? I could have gone to any so called local courier services and pay INR 80 to 100 for a third day delivery. My question is whether customers are charged extra for premium committed service or just to transport a document from one place to other, which is done by postal service also?
